DIRECT LENDING

 

As a direct lender, we occasionally fund real estate loans especially those that need fast funding and/or creative structuring of the loans and their disbursements.  As these types of loans tend to be riskier, we would require higher yield to us.  As general rules of thumb, the risker the loans, the higher the rate(s) will be.  The worse the borrower's credit or the lower his/her FICO credit score, the higher his/her rate and loan fee will be.
